Performance Dates/Times for your calendar

Show Location/Dress Rehearsal - 680 Academy Court Windsor (WCA- Elementary)

Dress rehearsal - Friday Nov. 9th  (Time TBA)
Performances - Saturday Nov. 10th- 2:00 and 6pm.

All Students will perform at 2:00pm matinee AND 6:00pm show.

Tickets - $10 Adults, $7 Students/seniors Under 3 Free - Tickets will go on sale approx. 30 days prior to the show. An email will go out to let you know when they are on sale. 

Tickets are sold on this website under the tickets tab. 

**Please note tickets sell fast.  If we sell out of the reserved seats, standing room and bleacher seats will be sold at the door. 

Tuesdays- Ages 6 - 11 - Starting March 11th from 12:30 - 2pm 

No Classes - Weld Re 4 Spring Break

Costume Fee - TBA 
Additional expenses include basic elements of students' costumes and tickets into the show which will aid in production costs such as royalty fees, props, technicians, venue, etc.


Dress Rehearsal Schedule - Please arrive 10 minutes before your time slot.  Parents these are short times so feel free to stay. 
All Classes should arrive with costumes on and hair and make-up completed. You will NOT have time to get ready during your time slot.  If you are in multiple classes, dress for your first class and change afterwards. 

Savanna and Naiya should be there from 5:30-7:30 since they are the main characters.

4:30 (20 minutes)- Broadway Babes
4:50 (20 minutes)- Broadway Tweens
5:10 (20 minutes)- Tap Class
5:30 (30 minutes)- Showkids (Tuesday)
6:00 (30 minutes)- Boppers (Tuesday and Saturday)
6:30 (30 minutes)- Showkids (Saturday)
7:00 (30 minutes)- Homeschool
7:30 (20 minutes)- Broadway Stars


Show/Dress Rehearsal Location - Windsor Charter Academy (Elementary Building)  680 Academy Court Windsor Co.
Show Times - 2pm AND 6pm (Show runs approx. 1 hour)
Student arrival time -  12:45 for the 2pm show - 5pm for the 6pm show.
Audience Doors Open - 15 min. before each show (1:45 And 5:45)
Ticket Booth Opens - 30 min. before each show.
Volunteers please check in at the ticket booth to get your seat info. 


Students need to arrive ready to go with their costumes and hair and make-up completed. 

 
Things to bring - 
1. Water Bottle - NO Snacks
2. Something quiet to do while waiting - Book, ipad, etc
3.  All your costume pieces - don't forget your shoes!
4. Your smile!


PLEASE NOTE - ALL students will need to be picked up between shows.  This is a perfect time to feed/hydrate and tell them how awesome they are!  Our staff has to reset and eat as well!

Costume info - 

Costumes Fees will be announced for each show and are based on the theme and style of each production.  We do our best to keep prices down.

The Items listed below are for general information please DO NOT rush out and get these items right away as the list may adjust as your class costume changes from show to show.

Female Students will need to provide - 
Tights - Color will be determined by the costume style
Neutral skin colored fitted/tight cami  -  (To be worn under costumes for student costumes changes)
Booty shorts/Dance Shorts -neutral skin colored or black - Color will be determined by the costume style - (To be worn under costumes for student costumes changes)
Black Shoes - Jazz Dance Shoe preferred (Completely black tennis shoe also acceptable)

Male Students will need to provide
White Undershirt  -  (To be worn under costumes for student costumes changes)
Biker  shorts/Dance Shorts -neutral skin colored or black - Color will be determined by the costume style - (To be worn under costumes for student costumes changes)
Black Shoes - Jazz Dance Shoe preferred (Completely black tennis shoe also acceptable)

Makeup - Students will need to have their own make-up for performances. We do not encourage the sharing of makeup/brushes etc. for cleanliness.  In most cases students (male/female) will need to wear basic stage make-up.  Any special make-up (face painting etc) will be taken care of by us.

Suggested Makeup list - Foundation(optional), black mascara, neutral/brown eyeshadow, blush/bronzer, dark eye liner, brow pencil for those with light brows, lipstick darker than natural lips.  And brushes etc. to apply make- up.

​Class  Expectations-
       Attendance - It is extremely important that the students attend every class and be on time.  We will be learning new things every class. 

What to bring to class - 
Bottle of water/small snack
Wear Comfy Clothes that are easy to move in. No Jeans
Wear appropriate  shoes. Tennis shoes or Dance shoes. 


No hard soled shoes or boots  of any kind. 

#1 item to bring is a great attitude and be ready to have fun!
