Program Biography And Ads due - March 20th
Costume Fitting Day - will be Sunday April 7th from 1 - 5 -
You will have a 1 hour time slot.
I will send out your time slot as we get closer.
Picture Day/Headshots
Wednesday Cast - March 20th
Saturday Cast - March 23rd
Please come to rehearsal with a solid colored shirt and nice hair
SATURDAY CAST
Rehearsal Dates -Saturday’s Starting Jan. 13th (No Rehearsal Feb. 24th or March 16th)
****Rehearsal Time - 9am - 12:30pm - In JANUARY
Rehearsal Time - 9am - 1pm - Starting in Feb.
As we get closer to the end the last few rehearsals may be extended by an hour
WEDNESDAY CAST
Rehearsal Dates -Wednesday Cast Starting Jan. 17th (No rehearsal Wed. March. 13th)
Potential Make-up Snow Day rehearsal -Saturday March 23rd - 1:30 - 5pm
****Rehearsal Time - 4:30 - 8pm

BOTH CASTS
Costume Fittings/Headshots - TBA- 1pm - 5pm
Show/Dress Rehearsal Location - Hensel Phelps - 701 10th Ave. Greeley
SATURDAY CAST - Dress Rehearsal date /Time -Saturday Morning - April 20th - Arrive at 9AM
Performance date - Saturday April 20th - 2 Shows - 2:30 and 6pm
WEDNESDAY CAST - Dress Rehearsal date /Time -Sunday Morning - April 21st - Arrive at 9AM
Performance date - Sunday April 21st - 2 Shows - 2:30 and 6pm
Tickets are sold thru the Hensel Phelps Box office. An email will be sent out when tickets go on sale. Please note - We tend to sell out. Get your tickets early!
Costume info - Once the show is cast this page will be updated to reflect more specific things for the current show.
Costumes Fees will be announced for each show and are based on the theme and style of each production. We do our best to keep prices down.
Female Students will need to provide -
Tights - Color will be determined by the costume style
Neutral skin colored fitted/tight cami - (To be worn under costumes for student costumes changes)
Booty shorts/Dance Shorts -neutral skin colored or black - Color will be determined by the costume style - (To be worn under costumes for student costumes changes)
Black Shoes - Jazz Dance Shoe preferred (Completely black tennis shoe also acceptable)
Male Students will need to provide
White Undershirt - (To be worn under costumes for student costumes changes)
Biker shorts/Dance Shorts -neutral skin colored or black - Color will be determined by the costume style - (To be worn under costumes for student costumes changes)
Black Shoes - Jazz Dance Shoe preferred (Completely black tennis shoe also acceptable)
Makeup - Students will need to have their own make-up for performances. We do not encourage the sharing of makeup/brushes etc. for cleanliness. In most cases students (male/female) will need to wear basic stage make-up. Any special make-up (face painting etc) will be taken care of by us.
Suggested Makeup list - Foundation(optional), black mascara, neutral/brown eyeshadow, blush/bronzer, dark eye liner, brow pencil for those with light brows, lipstick darker than natural lips. And brushes etc. to apply make- up.
